Own the Labs roadmap: which hard problems we pursue, in what order, and what we learn from each.
Translate extreme, unfamiliar problems from clients and field teams into clear, testable requirements, whether the setting is a deep mine, a polar plant, or another planet.
Decide when an existing NordicAI product fits and when a problem needs a custom approach built from scratch.
Prioritise across software, firmware, and hardware work, where a mistake in sequence is expensive.
Define what safe, supervised, and done mean for each capability, together with the engineers who build it.
Run discovery on site with operators and engineers, not only in workshops.
Feed what we learn in Labs back into our products and client engagements.
