Make enterprise AI real.
Our mission is to make enterprise AI real — deployed, measured, and owned by the client's own team — inside the companies that run the physical world.
Why this mission
The gap is not capability. It is delivery.
The models are good enough. The tooling is good enough. What is missing is the discipline to take a general capability and make it work inside a specific company — with that company's data, that company's constraints, and that company's people.
Most enterprise AI programmes stall in the same place. A promising pilot is built outside the real environment, it impresses in a demo, and then it meets production data, security review, and a team that was never brought along. The organisation concludes that AI does not work for them. The conclusion is wrong, but the experience is real.
We exist to close that gap. That means starting from the operating reality rather than the technology, proving value narrowly and early, engineering for production from the first commit, and handing the capability to the client's own engineers so it survives without us.
The industries we serve — energy, manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare — carry the weight of the physical world. They are also where the largest gains are still unclaimed, because the work is hard and the tolerance for theatre is low. That suits us.
What “real” commits us to.
Real means in production
Not a pilot that ends in a slide deck. A system that runs on real data, with real users, and a number attached to it.
Real means measured
We define what success looks like before we build, and we report against it honestly — including when the answer is that it did not work.
Real means owned
The client's engineers run it, change it, and extend it without us. If they cannot, we have not finished.
Next: the future we are building toward.
