Run engagements in the region from kickoff to handover — accountable for the client's outcome, the team's focus, and the promise we made.
What you will own
Own delivery of two to four concurrent engagements in the region.
Turn the signed scope into a plan the client and our engineers both believe in.
Run the working rhythm: discovery, build, review, and handover.
Hold the line on scope, sequence, and quality when pressure arrives.
Keep the client's sponsor informed with plain, honest reporting.
Coach the implementation engineers working on your engagements.
What we are looking for
Experience leading delivery of enterprise software or data programmes end to end.
Fluency in discovery, estimation, and change control on fixed-outcome engagements.
